SHIPPING POLICY

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

We ship twice a week and usually within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. There are times when it gets busy and can take a little longer. All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch. We work with TNT who do their best even when network disruptions cause delays that are outside of our control. This doesn’t apply to our bulky goods category, or those items being shipped from our affiliate partners.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

• Standard shipping via TNT within Australia can take from 5 to 18 days once dispatched.

• Please note we are based in Sydney, NSW - freight times may vary depending on your location. 

• Shipping times are a rough guideline and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, wild weather, or other delivery issues outside of our reasonable control. 

• We also use private couriers for Sydney Metro area deliveries and fragile items.
